Grain access is not included with hotel reservations. Guests must purchase a RED wristband, plus an additional $50 per ticket for Grain entry.

Wrist bands will be provided at the third floor registration desk. Dinner reservations will get their wrist bands at dinner. Grain and party only will pick up starting at 5 PM on the 1st floor.

Can guests order food at Grain?
Late night starts 9pm.

Where is the dessert display and what time does it open?
The Grand Dessert Buffet on 4th floor with elaborate selection of desserts and treats made by our in-house pastry team, alongside passed bubbles and coffee selection, will be available beginning at 6PM. Entertainment will not begin in the ballroom until 8PM. You may also leave the building to party hop downtown and come back. Re-entry is only allowed if you are wearing your wristband when you re-enter the building. You must pass through security when re-entering the building.

When do I pay?

Can tickets be purchased the day of the event?
Party only tickets will be on sale until 10PM on New Years Eve. Room and Dining Packages should be reserved prior to the event due to limited availability.
